We are living in the most toxic environment in our history. Often unknown to us, toxins are in the food we eat, the products we use around the house, and the personal care products we put on our bodies. In this introductory workshop, we will explore why toxicity is an issue for our health, how our food system and industry regulations are set up to allow for toxic ingredients, what to look for on labels to make educated purchasing habits, and also solutions and ideas for how anyone can make changes today to be a little less toxic.
